Working alongside you from beginning to end, Stephanie will craft a customized planning proposal tailored to bring your multi-day celebration to life.
Before the Wedding
Design an aesthetic direction, layout creation, budget and payment tracking, vendor sourcing and management, etiquette guidance, and detailed weekend timelines.
The Wedding Weekend
Rehearsal coordination, vendor setup and strike oversight, photo timeline management, ceremony and reception flow, personal item placement, and marriage license filing.
A Glimpse Into the Planning Journey
- 12–18 Months Out: Set date and budget, secure venue and planner, draft guest list, and begin booking core vendors.
- 9–12 Months Out: Shop for wedding attire, send save-the-dates, plan tasting/vendor trips, and book rehearsal dinner venue.
- 6–9 Months Out: Order stationery, finalize catering menu, select wedding party attire, and book honeymoon.
- 3–6 Months Out: Send invitations, design ceremony and reception details, and arrange wedding night accommodations.
- 1–3 Months Out: Final fittings, confirm vendor logistics, submit photo shot lists, and start final payments.
- 1 Month Out: Finalize RSVPs and guest counts, build seating charts, and distribute timelines to family and bridal party.
- 1–2 Weeks Out: Pick up marriage license, wrap up final vendor details, and pack for the weekend.
- Wedding Eve & Day: Run through rehearsal, welcome guests, relax, and celebrate.
