Stephanie founded SFW in 2003, bringing her passion for elevated event production to the sugar white sands of Florida’s Emerald Coast in 2005. Over the last two decades and more than 400 celebrations, she has become a trusted fixture along 30A, known for orchestrating seamless, multi day destination weekends for couples traveling from across the country.
A true logistical purist, Stephanie pairs an intuitive eye for coastal charm with rigorous operational precision. She understands that planning from afar requires an exceptional level of trust. Her calming demeanor paired with a meticulous nature ensures couples and their families feel completely supported from the first design consult to the final send off.

Following her graduation from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Graphic Design, Madison returned home to the Florida Panhandle pairing a thriving design career with her natural talent for event production. Her graphic design background gives her an exceptional eye for detail and the small aesthetic touches that make our coastal celebrations feel complete. Warm, attentive, and deeply service-driven, Madison is a vital presence on wedding weekends—seamlessly orchestrating wedding parties, styling decor elements, and ensuring every visual touchpoint unfolds just as our couples imagined from afar.

Tia’s journey with SFW began in 2011, not behind a clipboard, but as a SFW bride herself. Having stood in our couples’ shoes, she joined the team in 2014 with an intuitive, empathetic understanding of what it feels like to entrust your celebration to someone else. Renowned for her calm presence and sharp problem solving under pressure, Tia is an essential anchor on fast moving destination weekends. On event days, you’ll find her perfecting reception layouts, aligning aesthetic details, and quietly ensuring every transition unfolds with effortless precision.

Assistant Wedding Day Coordinator
Having grown up behind the scenes of SFW alongside her mother, Stephanie, Lia’s passion for celebration is practically second nature. She brings fresh perspective and digital savvy to our brand as she curates our social media channels and assists on site during wedding weekends. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at Mississippi State University, Lia blends an innate hospitality instinct with sharp business acumen. Her long-term vision is firmly rooted along 30A, where she plans to return full-time to help lead the next generation of seamless destination celebrations.
